This employee, after $2500 worth of work NOT fixing my AC, proceeded to tell me that no one knows where a temperature gauge is. After explaining a trip where I had my eye on it the whole time, he basicall AC, proceeded to tell me that no one knows where a temperature gauge is. After explaining a trip where I had my eye on it the whole time, he basically called me a liar ( just because I said I knew where a temperature gauge was doesn’t mean I really do). I was also victim blamed; being told since I bought my car used I really don’t know its background (car was owned by a used car dealer’s mom who knew the previous owner. I had every maintenance report and knew they only sold the car because the old family station wagon turned up at the dealership). After having my Honda CRV in for service FOUR times without fixing the issue, I went to another mechanic. He found it was an electrical issue on the first day and that Hall Honda had not only missed the problem, they had caused damage to my car (caused a leak as they had tested for a leak earlier and found none), forgotten to put back clips in the body and o rings in a hose and damaged a new relay that they installed anyway. They installed an aftermarket compressor without my permission (which my new mechanic said looked like it had been put in with a hammer). They also ignored the condenser as part of an AC job and PUT BACK a 2009 fan belt after removing it rather than putting a new one on. Keep in mind none of this work was necessary… IT WAS AN ELECTRICAL ISSUE. DO NOT GO HERE!!!! THEY HAVE NO IDEA WHAT THEY ARE DOING!!!! More

Our daughter worked hard and saved up for her down payment for her first car . Mr. Jah Hall was our salesman. From the very beginning when he found out she was looking to buy a vehicle he kept her inf payment for her first car . Mr. Jah Hall was our salesman. From the very beginning when he found out she was looking to buy a vehicle he kept her informed of potential vehicles she might like via email and text. His sales tactics were non predatory and very easy going and comfortable. Once we came to the dealership to view and test drive the vehicle, Mr. Jah Hall patiently walked us through the whole process and made she our daughter understood her paperwork and what services she would be receiving. After consideration and thought, she made her first purchase with Hall Honda. We did have some minor hiccups with the delivery of the vehicle but nothing that Mr. Louis Vu (service manager) and Mr. Richard Barrera (General Sales Manager) couldn’t take care of and helped make our daughters first car buying experience a good one. My only telephone call with Louis was unprofessional to say the least. He spoke to me in such a condescending and bullying manner that I completely shut down.
