Outstanding Experience! First, the dealership: I had the pleasure of working with Ralph Kurland (sales), Carlos Torres (Finance), and Louis Kaissieh (GM) who are the consumma First, the dealership: I had the pleasure of working with Ralph Kurland (sales), Carlos Torres (Finance), and Louis Kaissieh (GM) who are the consummate professionals. They are polite, responsive, attentive, respectful, friendly, and above all, NOT pushy. They value honesty and integrity and did exactly what we agreed upon...no hidden fees, no last minute add-on's, and hassle-free, transparent negotiations. I purchased 2 x 2015 Foresters, and I plan to purchase another Forester for my youngest daughter in a few years, as well as the new Tribeca (when it comes out) for my wife. Second, the vehicles: I've been driving Subaru's for the past 20 years, and I can not say enough about their reliability/dependability, ruggedness, versatility, and practicality. These cars are little tanks when it comes to driving in poor wx conditions. My uncle, who lives in the mountains of Colorado, introduced me to the Subaru years ago when I was in college, and I've been driving them ever since ( 2 x Loyales, 1 x Impreza, 3 x Foresters). These cars are rock solid and give you complete confidence on the road. Third, the loyalty: If you're a Subaru owner, you know what I'm talking about; if not, you'll understand once you own one. My wife and I confidently put our oldest son and two daughters through their High School years in our '04 Forester, and we'll be doing the same with our youngest son starting next year. My oldest daughter just chose a 2015 Forester as her college graduation new car, and my youngest daughter informed us she will be doing the same upon her college graduation. We can't think of a safer, more practical vehicle for us, and especially, for our children. Final comments: Like most people, I'm extremely busy, so I rarely take the time to write surveys on products and/or services I've purchased. Nevertheless, this dealership went above and beyond to make this a total-value, hassle-free car buying experience, and I believe they deserve to be recognized. I received a great product at a very fair price, and with a 3-year Service Contract included....I price shopped for several months in multiple states (location was not a factor form me)...I could not find a better deal. Bottom Line: If you want a safe, reliable car that you can enjoy for a long time, and then re-sale or hand down to your kids later, then buy a Subaru; if you're going to buy a Subaru, then buy it from Subaru of Kennesaw...you will be a very satisfied consumer. More

After an exhausting search I finally found the car I was looking for at a dealership close to where I live in Chattanooga. I was disappointed in the salesperson and intuitively I knew this was not the dealership for me. I found an even better version of the car I wanted at Subaru of Kennesaw and gave them a call. I am so glad I did! I had the great fortune to speak to Micki. I just can not say enough good things about my entire experience. Micki, Mr. Kaissieh, and Subaru of Kennesaw far exceeded my expectations. Micki showed me the car I was interested in (a Subaru Crosstrek) and he was really great at answering questions and giving helpful information so that by the end I was confident that I was getting a great car from a great salesperson. Micki was not only able to answer all of my questions but went out of his way to walk me through each of the features of my new car. The team at Subaru Kennesaw were so helpful, KIND, courteous, and easy to work with. Definitely worth the drive from Chattanooga! They were patient with me throughout the entire process. They were great about making sure I had all of the information I needed, followed up as promised, and at the same time I never once felt pressured. I am not a first time car buyer so I know what a hassle it can sometimes be, but I must say, I had a wonderful experience and I LOVE MY NEW CAR! Thank you Subaru of Kennesaw! You're the best! No help, no compensation just excuses. They preach family, but when you need help, they toss you aside! Please look at other dealerships! More

New Forrester after 12 years of old Forrester I bought a 2003 Forrester new in 2002 and have been happy with it for the last 12 years. I knew I'd never trade it for anything other than a new one. I bought a 2003 Forrester new in 2002 and have been happy with it for the last 12 years. I knew I'd never trade it for anything other than a new one. As mine reached a point where it became a little more trouble to maintain, I decided to think about purchasing that shiny new Subaru. I mulled it over for most of a year, waiting for the money to be right. On January 10, 2015, I walked into Subaru of Kennesaw to speak with William Howard. I'd visited with William on a few occasions in 2014, sizing up the new 2015 model and sitting in all the cars in the showroom. I still came back to the feel of the Forrester. I told him I was looking to test drive today, and honestly, had no intention to buy. He walked me out to a loaded Forrester, with more features than I'd picked out online while dreaming about the car, and one that was red, besides. From the moment we pulled off the lot, I knew it was going to be the car for me. All the extra features are things I'll use in life, the driving feel is amazing, and the interior comfort is such a step up. It was familiar but new, like driving my (old) car, but much better; Forrester 2.0, if you will. I tested some skills I knew the car would need driving in Atlanta traffic, such as quick swerves and sliding stops, and it performed beautifully. I spoke with William about my trade in and the Share the Love event discount, and the price he quoted was below cost and a really great deal. I told him I'd go home and think about it. I sat in my car in the parking lot for a few minutes, texting my husband and son about my experience. I told my husband that I wanted to, but wouldn't buy it today, knowing that I shouldn't rush into it. He asked, "What makes any other day better than today?" (I think he's secretly getting a check from Subaru). I realized that day was as good as any other, and walked back into the dealership. William was busy with another customer, but the other folks (Louis Kaissieh, Johnny Poole) were happy to get me started on the paperwork to buy until William was available to finish the process. About 2 hours after I'd walked in, I was driving home in a great new Forrester. The service at this dealership was remarkable in sales, and the service department matches it. I've been taking my old Forrester here since they opened for maintenance and Lydia Carroll (Service Dept. Manager) runs a tight shop. From buying your first Subaru to buying your next Subaru, do yourself a favor and choose Subaru of Kennesaw. More

Great Sales Experience I worked with Joseph Ball along with Louis Kaissieh, who is the GM, I believe. I was in the market for an STI and I came into the dealership several I worked with Joseph Ball along with Louis Kaissieh, who is the GM, I believe. I was in the market for an STI and I came into the dealership several times over the last few months just browsing and Joseph was always super helpful and friendly. He made the process incredibly painless and after selecting the car, he went out of his way to make sure it arrived exactly as I had requested. They gave me a great price and when the day came to pick up the car, it was a breeze and I wasn't at the dealership for very long at all. Louis was also very pleasant to work with and his smile was contagious, making the paperwork go very smoothly. I'd highly recommend the sales team, and I'm looking forward to working with the service department for my scheduled maintenance and services since I hear they're exceptional as well. I can't say enough good things about the dealership in general; overall fantastic experience. More

Emmanuel Beard is a class act, who was able to answer every questioned we had. Unlike other sales experiences, Emmanuel was never pushy or trying to guide us in a certain direction. In fact, we test drove over 5 vehicles and he spent about 5 hours with us just to watch us walk out to think it about in longer. A week later, we told him what we wanted and what we wanted to pay, and he made it happen. We definitely look forward to working with Emmanuel again, and highly recommend everyone to ask for him. During the closing, we also worked with Louis Kaissieh. Louis went over all our paperwork so we knew exactly what Subaru offers its customers, and he also provided us with other options we could add to our contract if desired. He simply stated all the information and left it to us to make our own decisions. In the end, we strongly advise anyone wanting a high quality experience in purchasing a vehicle to go to Subaru of Kennesaw! You will NOT regret it, because they are a 10 out of 10! - T&V More
