We did not intend to buy a car upon arrival at Subaru of Kennesaw. We took the long drive from Fayetteville because internet searches showed that they had a good inventory of all models, colors and trims. W Kennesaw. We applied for the promotional $50 gift card to reserve a test drive for a Crosstrek. We had never owned a Subaru. We were also planning to leave there and check out the top comparable contenders (Toyota RAV4 & Corolla Cross; Honda CRV). Mr. Nathan Deem gave us a warm, friendly greeting when we walked towards the door. We went into his office, and he asked us what exactly we were looking for (size, colors, specs) and took notes. We are retired, and especially want a car that is safe, economical on gas and has high longevity, because we now keep our cars for 15yrs or more. Nathan got a couple of keys and brought one to the front door. Nathan took some time to explain the basics of driving the car and the technology. We had a great test drive. Nathan then gave us the pricing. It was straightforward, with required government & local fees and taxes. We decided to buy the Crosstrek Sport Trim that we drove. We later decided to add the Subaru Extended Warranty Plan that is fully refundable if it is not used. We feel that it is worthwhile based mainly on the various sensors and computer chips that may malfunction, and the associated very high parts and labor repair costs. In the course of reviewing the buying and financing options and completing the transaction we met Mr. Michael Deem, Nathan’s father who came out of retirement to help work at the Kennesaw dealership. We also met the Sales Manager, the General Manager and a couple of other staff members. My wife was tired at the conclusion of paperwork signing, and she hates long distance driving especially in thick ATL traffic. Nathan immediately offered to have the car delivered to our home at NO charge. Most others charge about a $200 fee for this service. When Nathan delivered our car (with 2 nice gift items for the car) we met his lovely wife, who was driving the trail car in which they drove home. Nathan patiently reviewed the car features and driving basics and technology again. We will also have a video call with a Subaru Tech in a couple of weeks after driving it a bit, for another review and to answer any questions. Together we have owned 22 cars. We are a minority family. We were pleasantly surprised by how welcoming, polite, genuinely friendly, respectful, gracious and accommodating Nathan, Michael, the Senior Management and staff at Kennesaw Subaru treated us. Nathan did not use any high-pressure or bait and switch sales tactics on us. Although Nathan clearly has sales training knowledge regarding preventing and overcoming objections to close the sale, he was not pushy or slick about it. They also gave us options for after-sale customer service and follow-up, including Nathan’s cell phone number. In summary, all of the folks we met and interacted with at Kennesaw Subaru are real, good-hearted people who gave us our very best car buying experience. Therefore, we highly recommend Subaru of Kennesaw if you want to check out or buy a Subaru. The drive to this dealership will prove to be worth your time. The Goldens More

Having had the most consistent professional service experiences at the Subaru of Kennesaw Service Center, I was certain I didn't want to give that up when it was time to upgrade my 2015 Forester. So pu experiences at the Subaru of Kennesaw Service Center, I was certain I didn't want to give that up when it was time to upgrade my 2015 Forester. So purchasing another Subaru was a no-brainer for me. Never had and never heard of a better car-buying experience than what I experienced with Ralph at Subaru of Kennesaw. He was an absolute pleasure. He listened to what I wanted. He was personable, but professional. He took great care of my new car-buying experience. I actually went to purchase a certified pre-owned Forester, but changed my mind once Ralph showed me how I could get exactly what I wanted in a brand new Forester for not much more per month. I felt confident about my purchase and am so happy I went with the brand new car! And when my husband is ready to buy his new Subaru (a Crosstrek), Ralph will be our first call! I was charged for factory add ons, that I did not want to I made it clear that if I had to order a car , id be willing to wait for it. The dealer said that’s the way it came from the mfg. that may be true. But it’s not what I wanted. I wanted to order a car of my choice,with NO add ons. In my mind that’s theft by deception. The add ons were a little over a thousand DOLLARS!!! THIS WAS NEVER BROUGHT TO MY ATTENTION before i signed the papers. The sales person(morris) was very nice but of no help to resolve the issue. His manager also said nothing could be done as out it. So he gave me two free oil changes,instead of that doesn’t come to a thousand dollars. I question all the five star reviews that are posted for this dealership. I’ve not been able to find ANY negative reviews. HUMMM?? More

I was unhappy with the first Forester I bought. After the purchase I realized it didn't have the features I wanted/needed. The dealership quickly turned this around and made it right.
