My wife and I have bought many Hondas from this dealership over the years. The manner in dealing is relaxed, and enjoyable and keeps us coming back. Sergio is the sales person who sold me the las dealership over the years. The manner in dealing is relaxed, and enjoyable and keeps us coming back. The sales person Louis Ferreira first had the wrong car to show, a 2015 we were not there to see. We were there for a 2017. Then he couldn’t find and didn’t find the car we were looking for. Took him tw to show, a 2015 we were not there to see. We were there for a 2017. Then he couldn’t find and didn’t find the car we were looking for. Took him two hours to look for it. Came back another day to look at car. When finally drove car out the lot a week later, he just handed the key over. He did not sit in the car to go over anything, see if we had any questions on anything. Car even did not passed inspection, had to bring it back after driven 80 miles or more. Something with the battery. Before driving the car out, he was available in his cell, returned calls. After took car, never replied to any text or returned calls. The worst of the worst. The finance person Manny. He was a tricky, deceitful person. Never showed us papers I asked for. For example, I asked him to go over the numbers twice, he would avoid me and move to something else. All signatures were on his tablet. Again when I asked to see what my son was signing, he would say, you will have a print out of everything after. I should have pushed to see it before my son signed, that was my fault, or walk away because it only lead to us having to come back a week later to cancel out of the gap insurance and service warranty. These charges I asked to see printed papers were not given to us at the time we signed. Manny said they were in the stapled papers he gave us. I should have looked at them before leaving but I was rushing to go to another appointment. Neither the gap or service contract papers were there. The charges were included in the financing. $1000 for gap with no explanation on coverage and $4,000 on service warranty with no explanation on coverage. Then a week later at pick up I had to ask for the papers again. Again, manny only gave me the papers for the service contract, none for the gap. All handed to me in an envelope. As soon as saw the papers were missing, I told him I was canceling both. The service contract only covered 2 years or 24 months limited coverage. No wonder he did not want to give me the papers. I got coverage somewhere else for $79 a month with premier auto warranty with full coverage. Including tow, rental. I’m waiting to see how long is going to take for them to send the refund to the bank. I won’t wait too long before opening a civil claim for my money. Again THE WORST OF THE WORST. If my son didn’t fall in love with that car, and there were not any other around like it, I would have not bought from THIS DEALERSHIP. I DO NOT recommend this dealership to anyone. Be careful. Don’t buy extended warranty from them. There are cheaper out there. Ask for anything to sign to be printed. Read everything before leaving the dealership and make changes then and there. More
