Biggest frauds BEWARE CRIMINAL BEHAVIOR. I have ever seen. My wife brought her car in fr an oil change during inspection they sent her A set of pictures and a bill for over $830 for what t I have ever seen. My wife brought her car in fr an oil change during inspection they sent her A set of pictures and a bill for over $830 for what they called rodent damage to the exterior rubber on a battery harness wasn’t really 100% sure why the bill was so much declined the work picked up the car and asked for an estimate so that we could see what the charges were for because all it told us was 830 some odd dollars well when she got her estimate it contained no parts numbers just to charge for over $460 for the part and 2 1/2 hours of labor at almost $365 totaling $832 and some change she was was made to wait for the estimate as apparently the service writer let her know that he was new didn’t like their systems and was used to CDK not really something you need to share with a client but nonetheless she sat there and waited and she could not get an itemized bill, a breakdown of what it needed apart ID number or anything so she left we took the vehicle to another shop that informed us showed us actually online that directly from Kia the part that they wanted to charge over $400 for had a cost from Kia of $85.93 The guy replaced the part in 14 minutes. It was three bolts and a snapping and showed me in the book where it calls for .4 hours. I am turning all of this documentation over to the Arizona Attorney General‘s office for inspection. This is 110% fraud is things that I would consider everybody in the public should know and I would hope that the attorney general‘s office comes in and shuts them down because there’s somebody sitting in an office somewhere telling people to do this. This guy’s been there for a very short period of time and was probably told this is what you’re gonna charge for this or maybe not maybe he was 100% a scammer himself and the dealership doesn’t know anything about it I don’t really care. I don’t care if it was a man a woman, a kid an elderly person nobody should be charged eight times what somebody else would do it for and that included the part I am looking into how to contact Kia corporate about this because the vehicle was under factory warranty. I understand if it was rodent damage that wouldn’t necessarily be covered, but at this point, I don’t trust them as far as I could throw them and I’m willing to bet this is not the first second third or 20th time they’ve done this to somebody they had this down they had a script. They knew what to say how to say, and when to say it, they declined, giving a printed out receipt with a breakdown of costs that were declined. I have never taken my car to a dealership, let alone a factory store and not received a complete print out with Van miles and breakdown of charges for items I did purchase and recommended items in the cost of those items, but in the end when they handed her something that looked like it should’ve been printed on a Excel spreadsheet and not an actual RO from a real service department for a ““ factory store is ridiculous. They tried to take advantage of her as a woman and realistically at one point they had even mentioned that it was a must fix. Have to do it know if sands or butts because it was dangerous now everybody has their opinion and that’s fine but when you use words like that and then charge somebody as much as they tried to charge her and us it’s repugnant. I truly hope that this goes to 1 million people and nobody ever has a situation like this and if you paid for a very large service bill from them, you might want to check it out have a second opinion and make sure that they didn’t take advantage of you like they try to take advantage of us if there was a way to give zero stars, I would realistically I hope that I can get one of those news channels to come in with their fake cars and the little old ladies and they can catch these guys on film doing what they did to my wife! And though I noticed, you’ve never responded to any of your poor reviews on Dealer Rater please do not rea More

Pleasant but doesn’t listen closely to the customer. We were informed by a phone call from the dealer that the specifications that we requested in an automobile was there and to ask for Tim. I said we w We were informed by a phone call from the dealer that the specifications that we requested in an automobile was there and to ask for Tim. I said we would be there in an hour or two. Upon arrival we were greeted nicely and I asked for Tim. Music blaring in the background (not intercom music) and Tim and associate greeted my wife and I. Tim had no idea why we were there so we explained it to him. He excused himself because he was with another customer and the associate took over. Very polite young man and showed us the car he thought we came in for. I told him that the mileage was all wrong and that the outside color was not what we asked for. Well, do you want to take it for a test drive,he asked? Why would! I asked, where is the car they called me about that we made a special trip in for?! He didn’t know but let me show you something else you might like. (Bait and switch come to anyone’s thoughts yet?!) Anyway, we came in to look at a KIA and ended up trying out a Toyota. (Note: the KIA that we were called about and came in for was never at the dealership) My wife and I have had Toyota’s in the past and had love the ride and comforts that it has to offer. Plus its reliability. The price on the Toyota was $38,500, but we wanted from the beginning, $38,000. Options on the car were insurance for tinted windows, nitrogen gas insurance in tires and LoJack. We said we didn’t want those add ons and he said no problem. Without those add ons, the price with the special discount and veterans discount would bring the price down to $35,500. Ok, let’s go in and talk about trade in and end pricing. This is how they spun it; $34,499 cash price of vehicle. One year connect and protect $699 nitrogen and Tires $169 and Tint guarantee $499. Total selling price 35,$866 trade-in allowance $15,000. Taxable total $20,866. Sales tax at 8.3% equals $1731.88. Disposal fee five dollars. Documentation fee $599. license transfer title and registration fee $362.86. Total due $23,564.74. I had my own license personalized veteran and handicap plate already on the vehicle and all I had to do was take it for one vehicle and put it on next. so the $362.86 seems kinda high for license transfer and title. I called the car dealership on that and they thought that it should be only around $50 or so. That I will talk to him about if something‘s not right. We were told there was a $2000 special plus $500 veterans special. We were told that they would honor our $35,500 price that we were looking for on this vehicle as long as we didn’t get the LoJack tire and window tint add-ons. So looks to me they gave us $34,499 which is $1000 less than we had originally asked for. And I talk to the lady that called me in the morning and she said it was $1000 special they had so I don’t have a problem with that. I do have a problem with them saying we had $2000 special but that’s OK. We won’t argue about that. Where is the Veterans discount? I don’t see it anywhere on there. And lo and behold we got charged for the LoJack, the nitrogen and the window tint. Something about this contract that just isn’t right. I know we signed it. But it’s all the double talk and rewriting and confusing paperwork that goes on so that you can make a sale. I understand that the money made on LoJack and nitrogen and window tint is just gravy in your pocket. But why should the customer suffer? More

Justin Lalande not only followed through in every detail of helping me resolve my concerns, but he did so in a way that clearly communicated that my matter was important to him. I have seldom met a profess of helping me resolve my concerns, but he did so in a way that clearly communicated that my matter was important to him. I have seldom met a professional with such "people skills". Even when he pointed out something were I was wrong in my understanding of the agreement I had made with Courtesy, he did so in a non-threatening, non-combative manner. A true pro! More
