I would give this dealership a 0 star if I could. Do not believe anything they say about the terms and conditions regarding your contract! They’ll straight up lie to you and demean you when you try to call it out. Dalia and her team should be ashamed of themselves. I leased the car ~45 days ago and did leave a perfect survey (of which I told them I regret!). That night I filled out the survey I requested a buy out quote online from Hyundai finance (not happy Hyundai) that encompassed the depreciated cost + all of the lease payments. This is different from what I explicitly asked both the sales manager and finance manager, even looking right at the terms in the contract while signing in the presence of my husband. I was told it would be the remaining capitalized cost and not the entire lease payments + depreciation when buying out the vehicle. The difference in this case is about $5,000! Never did I inquire to happy Hyundai about taxes (which is what they continue to go on about) because that wasn’t the issue! What happened was more deflection from the sales manager going on about taxes and how there could never be a tax credit only for leases (which is not true at all). But as you can see, they can’t be surprised when I did try to reach out to the dealer to correct things in attempt to not need to write this exact review. All I wanted was the ability to buy my car for the price the dealer can buy it at (aka about what I was promised in terms of pricing), but alas… I contacted Hyundai consumer affairs and was told (after a month of being strung along - which is why I’m writing this 45 days later not 15!) that the management of the dealer was “shocked” that such an issue would be escalated that high and that it should be dealt with at the dealer. Unfortunately, the dealer is just still going on with misinformation and lies and has no interest in making things right. So Hyundai won’t help customers who are cheated by their dealers, and their dealers are frauds. No wonder they can’t sell these cars!! Very sadly, I love my car but it’s making me sick just to look at. It will be sold ASAP. What a giant waste of money and what a waste of a customer from Happy Hyundai and Hyundai. If they use fraudulent business practices on me they’ll do the same to you! Stay away!!! Happy Hyundai… more like sad fraudulent scam artist Hyundai. More

Made buying the Tuscon a easy expierance. I was totally satisfied with the way Mel Hanna and Allen Goodwin treated me. I felt I was given a good price on my new Tucson. Seemed Like a Good Idea at the Time Purchased a 2016 Hyundai Accent from here. Was supposed to see Anna but was told she was at school so Chris was our salesman. Everything went fine.. Purchased a 2016 Hyundai Accent from here. Was supposed to see Anna but was told she was at school so Chris was our salesman. Everything went fine........he was very helpful and got us the car we wanted. The finance man Lou was also great. However, we were told that we would receive a followup call for the protective coatings on the interior and exterior...........never happened......nor did the follow-up call from Chris who promised to call us within a week........Another thing I didn't like was when they wrote up my contract I was told by Chris that the extended warranty 10 years 100,000 miles bumper to bumper was being "given" to us......however, looking at the paperwork I see we were charged $1400 for this.........I would have wanted it but to be told it was "included" in the price and was not extra wasn't a fair business practice...........would I buy again from here.....probably not.....no follow up and a few important items were misrepresented. More

Service Department is TERRIBLE Service department is terrible. They are very rude. One guy in particular. If you're not working with a sales person, all the others sit around and use foul language and complain and the ladies shoot dirty looks at you. Jonathon, my sales guy was nice and so was the finance guy Loui. I will not be going back to Happy Hyundai to purchase another vehicle. More
