My husband and I just bought on 11-13-2023 a 2024 Brand New Rav4 Hybrid from Ventura Toyota. Louie Perez handle professionally with our new vehicle purchase. He helped and explained in details of how to set up the Toyota Appt, plus explaining all other gadgets inside the vehicle. I am happy with the purchase. I went to go purchase the car in full after paying the deposit only to find out by accident seconds before that the car has no security system and I would have to pay 1,500 dollars to add it on. I was alr deposit only to find out by accident seconds before that the car has no security system and I would have to pay 1,500 dollars to add it on. I was already paying nearly 10k more than the car was offered at other dealerships. When I was speaking privately with my father over the phone Marion Swain was eavesdropping and trying to say he should pay the maintenance add on and sneakily passing me a paper with a reduced price to sign. Would not attempt to buy from again. More
