Very pleasant people to deal with Josh was a very professional & up right guy to deal with. He was very low pressure & straight forward. Tara is also very knowledgeable & extremely pleasant. She has a genuine smile & personality that gives you the feeling that she really enjoys what she does & wants to help. This is my second car at Word Subaru and they all are a pleasure to work with. I can't forget Lou the service manager who was extremely helpful in resolving a service issue with my 1st car & Nina who went out of their way to see I was satisfied. Great group of people. More

Lousy Car I have had major issues with a 6 month old subaru forester. I had a 16 1/2 year old expedition. I never had problems with it . Very Unhappy My fiance and I had a terrible experience at this dealership. If a friend were to mention going here I would beg them to head over to a different Suba My fiance and I had a terrible experience at this dealership. If a friend were to mention going here I would beg them to head over to a different Subaru dealership, and not even consider this one. The only good thing this dealership had done for us was lend about 5 loaner cars within 3 months due to the lemon that they sold us. Ha! forget about being excited about buying the car, (which we were at first) the first weekend that we took the car anywhere it over heated. Granted this was a CERTIFIED USED SUBARU we bought it for around 7,500 and ended up putting about 4 grand into it and now 4 months later (a couple days ago) my Fiance and I were so sick of it that we purchased a Honda. We are planning to sell the car on craigslist and only looking at about half of what we bought for it. Not gonna lie, I love Subarus in general, they are great cars but in the back of my mind I can't help but think of what this car and this dealership had put us through. P.S. they did about a grand's worth of work on our car without our permission. They will be hearing from a lawyer soon. More
