Made an appointment to look at a Kona 2020 advertised on their website. When I got there, I was told the vehicle was no longer available - one person told me it had been sold last month and the other one to their website. When I got there, I was told the vehicle was no longer available - one person told me it had been sold last month and the other one told it was sold in the last few days. Only a more expensive 2021 model was available - classic bait and switch. The salesperson feigned ignorance about discounts advertised on their website. They tried to convince me to stay, but I was furious at their dishonesty. I left and I had wasted three hours of my time. More
