I called and texted multiple times about not being happy with the manual liftgate and the extra key I had for my Camry that I traded in which I would have given to him when I came to get my plates put on, but because he rushed me out to make another sale, I forgot, no response. I finally spoke to him and he was condescending and skewed the information. I was not aware it was manual until after I bought it and came with my title. He said nothing can be done and didn't even care to look into it. I inquired that some LE's (Hybrid) have it and he said "You don't have a Hybrid" which I obviously know. I explained that my wrist hurts and inquired about getting it installed, his tone was apathetic and wouldn't even look into it. When I said that it seemed all he cared about was making a sale, he hung up on me. I am glad that I brought my father with me to purchase the car because his tone and attitude toward me without him was belittling, off-putting, and denigrating. More
