Very poor customer experience. As a repeat customer I had an appointment to return a leased vehicle and planned on leasing another vehicle if the deal was good. I was clear that I w As a repeat customer I had an appointment to return a leased vehicle and planned on leasing another vehicle if the deal was good. I was clear that I was looking for an new model with equal or better options. Communicated with sales manager in advance and was told to see him when I arrived for the appointment. When I arrived the manager quickly handed me off to a sale rep that was unprepared. I provided the window sticker of the Jeep Grand Cherokee I was returning as a starting point. Not sure he knew how to read it. I had little time to waste so I just turned in the vehicle and took an Uber home. Other than canned email messages from sales managers indicated how much they valued my business and wanted to make a deal they ignored my reply’s and questions. They also never did present me with any vehicle options. Wow! More
