Michelle from the insurance department made it super easy for me to get a reasonably priced plan for my new car. Additionally, the delivery of a car to a customer has vastly improved since the last time I purchased a car. Lou had all the paperwork ready for me to sign, my plates were transferred when I was singing, and I was out driving my new car in about an hour! I would 1000 % recommend Denooyer Chevrolet. I really appreciate that the staff do not treat women differently and I can go purchase a new car alone with confidence. It's like I am a member of the Denooyer family and the dealership is my second garage. I will be a lifetime customer of this dealership! More

A vehicle I purchased from DeNooyer was having some issues so I had it towed to their Service Department which is where I took it for all previous maintenance and repairs. Chris A. was able to run diag issues so I had it towed to their Service Department which is where I took it for all previous maintenance and repairs. Chris A. was able to run diagnostics same day to estimate a repair cost. I had been thinking about purchasing a replacement vehicle and was able to get an appointment the next day with Sales. Gianni L. quickly identified a good match from available stock and after a brief conversation I was taking a test drive within the hour. When I returned Gianni patiently answered some questions I had about the new vehicle and we discussed financials and came to what I considered to be a great deal. I received a good value for the trade in and Lou from the Financial Department made the contract paperwork go smoothly and Megan H. in the Insurance Department ensured I would have the needed coverage and offered to follow up about my other non-vehicle insurance needs. I was able to drive off in a new vehicle same day, which happened to be a Saturday, because of the DMV services offered at DeNooyer. I would highly recommend that family and friends work with DeNooyer and am pleased to continue my 11+ year relationship with them. More
