In my youth, I worked in manufacturing. The company I worked for sent me to college at the University of Wisconsin, then placed me firmly in management. Life was good. My field was Customer Service. Helping people was always a part of my life, raised that way, so it was a natural transition for me to the car business. Besides, it’s the right thing to do. After 18yrs, the company was bought out and I changed careers coming to work for Imperial Cars in Mendon. It is a perfect fit for me. Treating customers and folks in general with respect, is something that is expected here at Imperial, and rightly so, so I fit right in. I have always purchased my cars here as does my family. No old school sales tactics here. Customer satisfaction is job 1 at Imperial Cars. It’s all about the customer. I am proud to be part of the Imperial Family and to help carry the tradition forward in the little town of Mendon, small town America. Nothing like it.

Nice guy's deal good experence I called the dealership interested in a car for my stepdaughter Sara. I received a call back from Lou Frasca the internet specialist. Lou is a great guy who is very easy to talk to a credit to his dealership, I enjoyed talking to Lou and his professional knowledge he really wanted to help and did so. He put me over to Trever LaCasse my sales person a very nice guy who answered all my questions and called me back in a very timely manor. Trever and I were able to come to terms very quickly and make a deal. I would recommend this dealership to anyone looking for the many different types of vehicles they offer. Made our offer and some negotiating - but over all - we were happy with his help. The dealership has a lot of vehicles - people you work with all seem to be very friendly and helpful. A good experience after a bad Called and spoke to one of their internet salesmen after a long disappointing experience from another dealership. After a lengthy talk with the gentleman he described a vehicle that I would probably be interested in so I went down to the dealership with 1 hour left before they closed. When I got to the dealership I met one of their salesman Joel Cohen and we walked around their lot in the freezing cold air looking for the vehicle I was told about. When we could not find the vehicle Joel after asking my needs steered me to the Jeep line this being well after closing I looked at a couple and told him I would return the next day with my wife. My wife and I returned the next day looked at several Grand Cherokee's on their lot deciding on one Joel helped us through out and long story short we where approved and Joel himself made sure the vehicle was cleaned and readied even though he was supposed to be elsewhere at that time. The gentleman Mike Walsh Jr. In finance was on of the most pleasant person to deal with also making up 100% from the day before. More

Highly Recommended My first contact was with Lou Frasca in the internet dept. When I arrived I met David Boratyn a sales person. I test drove 2 Ram pick up trucks, a 6 and 8 cyl to see which one was better for my needs. I was really comfortable with David. I did not buy at that time and I ended up visiting some other dealerships for pricing and trade appraisals. When I returned at a later time, I would meet JP a sales manager to work out the specifics and ended up with Mike in finance. All the way through the process it was a great experience. Aaron, another sales manager answered one of the post sale questions I had. I have had a lot of experience buying cars over the years and this was one of the best overall experiences I had when buying a car. I would highly recommend this dealership based upon my personal experience with them. More

Some Hiccups, But It"s All Good In The End Jim Burke was very friendly to deal with. He took phone calls and found the answers to my questions and returned calls several times. Although the dealership was a little out of my travel circle, I found the truck I wanted on line and spoke with Lou Frasca on the phone. It was worth the trip. When it came time to meet with Mike Walsh in finance there was some miscommunication as to how many dollars can be put on a credit card but all was worked out. Just one tip, if your looking for a specific car, call first and make sure they can find it on their lot and they have it ready for you to see. I did not call ahead and it took them almost an hour to locate the truck I had seen on the internet. All in all, the experience was very good and I would definitely buy from this dealership and specifically Jim Burke again. More

My wife Paula Jean was in the market for a minivan to help get her parents around due to age and illness. Since I have been in the car business, sales and management in some capacity my whole life, I was leery about going to a new car dealer. I can tell you that from the time I called and talked to Lou Frasca to the handshake with Andy Clair that sealed the deal, my wife and I never felt so at ease. I got what I wanted for my trade, and I felt good about the price on the 2010 Town and Country van we purchased. Even as we left after signing with Michael Walsh, we were given a $25.00 card for our dinner at Miss Mendon thanks to the sales management team. Whatever is being done at your dealerships will most definitely change the "car salesman" reputation for the better. I know that first impressions are the most important in any business, but what you have there far exceeds that. P.S. My father ran Larson's auto body for over 18 years across the street and that led me to buy my dealer parts from Imperial for my business Amped Up.
