My family worked with Lou and had a wonderful experience. We had our 2 year old son with us and everyone was so friendly and kind. Jason, another salesman even gave him a matchbox car! Rowe Ford in Westbrook, Maine was just what I needed. I went to test drive a truck and when I got there I talked with Lou who is a salesman. When I was undecided we talked about my options and in the end I went to test drive a truck and when I got there I talked with Lou who is a salesman. Lou contacted me after I submitted info about my possible trade. He asked what I was looking for. I told him that we were in the market for a new Santa Cruz. There was one in stock that met our requirements trade. He asked what I was looking for. I told him that we were in the market for a new Santa Cruz. There was one in stock that met our requirements and I paid a deposit to hold it. I arrived at the dealership just as Lou was parking a Santa Cruz. It turned out that the truck we had put a deposit on, already was in a deal.The Santa Cruz that Lou had parked as I arrived, was a much better match for what I was looking for. Lou had already transferred the deposit to it. Long story short, A deal was struck and later in the day I rolled out of Rowe Hyundai with my new favorite toy. Lou was amazing. He anticipated that I might like the substitute Santa Cruz and had it ready for my test drive. His instincts were spot on, as it was simply beautiful and had all the right equipment and features. Awesome job!! More

It would seem that they did not want my business. The truck I looked at was the f350 supercab lariat which had a sticker price of 68 thousand and change. The salesman tried to tell me I would be financing 73000. Bull crap More

I was pleased with rapid response from Lou Couture and for getting the information I requested. I was not pleased with Rowe Ford in not being more informative about the “ complementary “ maintenance th for getting the information I requested. I was not pleased with Rowe Ford in not being more informative about the “ complementary “ maintenance that they offer. My Hyundai manual states that my 2020 Hyundai Sonata Hybrid is suppose to get an oil change at 3750 miles, I brought the car in and was told that my car doesn’t have to have a oil change until 7000 miles. I was not told until later by Mr Couture that Rowes maintenance agreement says “ no oil change before 6800 miles or after 8000 miles, I would have to pay for that. Why wasn’t I told t.hat at the time I leased the car? Why does Hyundai say oil change 3750 miles and Rowe says 7000 miles? Very confusing. More
