My experience with the dealership was excellent. I was immediately greated by my salesperson Hunter Mohler who was professional, knowledgeable and available for me along all steps of the process. I immediately was introduced to his director Chris who was welcoming and continued to check in on my experience to make sure I was satisfied along the way. Hunter took the time to ensure I was educated on the car and the process to make sure I was comfortable with the car and satisfied with the deal. He ensured my future service appointment was setup and they have reached out timely, as well. We worked with Jasmine in finance who was professional and very knowledgeable. Jasmine was patient and took the time to answer all of my questions. I left finance feeling like I had the information needed to make the best decisions regarding my loan and coverage needs for me personally. Camelback Toyota sold me a new 2024 RAV4 Hybrid XSE. We immediately had problems with the front camera. The camera would malfunction and subsequently cruise control and many of the safety features would We immediately had problems with the front camera. The camera would malfunction and subsequently cruise control and many of the safety features would not work. Took into dealership to have fixed, got the car back and within 15 minutes had the same issue. Repeated this several times, they could never fix it and refused to replace the camera. They told me that the camera was working within manufacture specs. You could not drive this car in the sun at all without the camera malfunctioning; great specs apparently. Finally had to get an attorney involved, took almost a year to finally get the camera replaced and lo and behold no more malfunctions. I will continue my lawsuit against Camelback Toyota and Toyota mothership for making me drive a new car for a year that didn’t work. Will never buy from Camelback Toyota again; they completely failed in helping their customer. More
