My vehicle was scheduled for inspection. Additionally the person making the video spoke entirely too fast while doing quick pointing with pen flashlight. Recommend technician make customers aware during oil changes not during state inspections. Time consuming. If an item is stated to be 'yellow' after speaking with service rep, however technician noted as 'red' seems to be contrary to the purpose of green, yellow and red. I miss HALL! There were NO service charges to use credit card. Customers should not have this charge passed to customers. More
