Poor customer service experience manager Lori is RUDE, lies along with Brady never knows what's going on.. one day your car is ready next day. Car never been looked at. Did not meet expectation- I took my vehicle in for scheduled servicing. When I scheduled the appointment I discussed in detail the services I wanted performed on my vehicle, at that time I was quoted scheduled servicing. When I scheduled the appointment I discussed in detail the services I wanted performed on my vehicle, at that time I was quoted a wait time of 2 hours. When I arrive the I again asked how long the requested services would take and I was quoted 2.5 to 3 hours. The service visit was over 4.5 hours and the facility misplaced my keys. I requested to speak to the service manaer Lori. Lori then explained to me that service time is not supposed to be quoted, and eventually a staff member was able to find my keys on the desk of a service writer who was not there. A few days after my appointment I received a survey for Toyota Corp. asking if my vehicle had been serviced within the time qouted (?). Now I find that all the items that were to be completed were not even done and I will now have to take my vehicle to someone to have the service completed. More

While on vacation along the Oregon coast, we suffered a break-in that included smashing the passenger window. Although Coos Bay Toyota was completely booked, they found away to schedule us for the replace break-in that included smashing the passenger window. Steve, my salesman has always gone out of his way to help me, even after the sale has been completed, but my kudos today go with Glen and Amanda. They have spent hours helping me with a difficult situation, and have accomplished that to my extreme satisfaction. Customer Service I am so impressed with this dealership!! From the moment I walked in the door with my mother Joyce, to today. Everyone from Lori, the Service Desk I am so impressed with this dealership!! From the moment I walked in the door with my mother Joyce, to today. Everyone from Lori, the Service Desk manager, Glen the Dealership manager, and Amanda, the Finance Manager. The man that works in the office to the right of Glen, to the Service employees that would pop through. Steve, Salesman, everyone is sincerely friendly. All we own is Toyota, we've been in MANY Dealerships, and this one is by far the best, hands down!! We are going to be purchasing a new Corolla for our granddaughter. This Toyota dealership takes pride in what they do and it shows in every way from the vehiclhes , people and even the Smiling Dig Cafe. Clean, professional with quality vehicles , great prices and service. I had a minor snafu three days after purchase and the manager Glen took care of it with no cost to me immediately. The staff are friendly, happy and you can tell they love what they do. Very welcoming and I give them 10 stars . Saved me a lot of money and hassles I would have got someplace else. Someone pushed a button On the evening before Christmas Eve, my family and I gathered up to drive out, only to find that my wives 2014 Sienna would not shift out of park. Thi On the evening before Christmas Eve, my family and I gathered up to drive out, only to find that my wives 2014 Sienna would not shift out of park. This was the second time in 6 months that has happened. The first time the issue unexpectedly resolved itself, and no work was needed at the time. When we had the van in the service department, the tech said he had no explanation for the transmission to lock, and if it happened again, major equipment replacement may be needed. So Christmas Eve comes and again, the transmission locks itself into park. After getting the van back down to the service department, I explained that this had happened in the past. The van was left with the service department, and we got a rental for my wife who was leaving town the next day. After the weekend, the service tech spent several hours, trouble shooting the problem. What finally was discovered was new to everyone. Our vehicle was equipped with a factory, handicapped assist seat. Somehow, that seat had gotten moved, and was no longer in the forward locked position, which locked the transmission in park. Unfortunately, because this was human error, and not a mechanical malfunction, none of the several hours of service work, nor our rental car where covered under our Toyota warranty. This left us with an unexpected bill of nearly $700. The great people at Toyota, where gracious enough to cover, the service chargers for my family. Thank you so much to the people at Coos Bay Toyota. Your dedication to your customers service will not be forgotten. More

Took great care of us, keeping the costs low as possible. We were from out of town, when our Toyota suddenly developed engine trouble. Oil leak in line, dumping almost all the oil left us in a real mess. We made it to Coos Bay Toyota. Lori Sappington, in the service department immediately began solving problems we were facing. I had my eyes dilated at the eye dr. earlier in the day and could barely see. My husband has severe CPOD, and can't walk far. We had our dog with us. We were shown into the Smiling Dog Cafe at the dealership and sat down in comfy chairs to wait for diagnostic tests on the car. We were offered a rental car as repairs would take at least 4 days to complete. When Lori realized we were not able to pay for a rental car, she arranged for a loaner at no cost. We were treated with kindness and consideration by every employee we encountered. Car is running great and we got it back a lot cleaner than we left it. Thank you Tech 753. 👍 . We highly recommend Coos Bay Toyota to everyone...!!! More
