I asked to get tires rotated and they did not, they told me I needed new tires but I won't be getting new tires for a few months so I think they should have rotated them More

Hi Renee, We are very sorry that you were disappointed in our service, but please know that we will always put your safety first! It is recommended to put your best tires in the rear of the vehicle to prevent hydroplaning. Upon inspection of your tires, the two front tires were below the 3/32 benchmark to recommend replacement and the two rear tires were 4/32 & 7/32. While we respect your decision to delay the tire replacement, we would not want to compromise your safety by rotating the best tires away from the rear of the vehicle. Our technician did not rotate the tires per our protocol and there was no charge for the visit. We value your business, but your safety is our top priority! The brand of tires on my car is what came on it and I would never buy that brand. I have never had tires wear out at 40,000 miles before.
