I’m proud to be a part of the Habberstad organization, which I joined in 1988. Over the years, I have maintained a reputation for being knowledgeable, professional, and having a good work ethic. Earning the respect of my customers and colleagues is the best aspect of the job. It lets me know that they value all of my hard work and dedication. My excellent communication skills and genuine concern for every guest is something that clients notice, and truly appreciate. For the past 25 years, I have driven a BMW, which is a brand that I’m passionate about. I love the way they handle. I have my entire family driving BMWs, too! All 3 of my adult children are in the sales industry. Love to spend time with them, as well as other family members and friends. My favorite hobbies are working out, cooking, and going to the beach. I graduated from CW Post College-LIU. My special skills include multi-tasking and being loyal. I’m also a huge fan of music, yoga, my dog, and of course, the BMW brand!

I would not come to this dealership, and I would advise others not to. The certified pre-owned department is not professional at all. I made an appointment calling the customer service line and was told others not to. The certified pre-owned department is not professional at all. I made an appointment calling the customer service line and was told that three cars would be available, an X3 M40i, X5 M50i, and M550i. I went to the dealership only to find out that none of the cars were available and one was in fact sold "today". I called back later in the day and got another story from another person on the customer service the line that the car was sold a few days ago. I also test drove a car a few months ago and they had to run my credit to test drive an M550i. Unless you want to be told different stories and be asked to "qualify" the person to do a simple test drive, do not come here. Honestly I had better experiences at Porsche and Mercedes. BMW quality has went down in customer service. I dealt with Paola, and Derek. Lot of attitude and just kept eating their lunch while talking to me. Very unhelpful, no hospitality, and no respect for other peoples time. Most of the sales department here does not even know the details about the cars they are selling. STAY AWAY! More

5 stars for the sales team (Jake and Lori). They were honest, and attentive, and made my experience very smooth. I felt well taken care of and felt zero sales pitch or push. 5 stars for They were honest, and attentive, and made my experience very smooth. I felt well taken care of and felt zero sales pitch or push. 5 stars for the delivery experience as well. They did a nice reveal and spent plenty of time with me going over the car. The car was also prepped well. It was clean and polished. 5 stars for the general staff (front desk and misc employees I ran into while there). I knocked 1 star off for two reasons. The first is what was probably an honest mistake but still rubbed me the wrong way and that is I almost signed a contract with the wrong sale price. I had to present the finance person the deal we had agree'd on and they did update the price without question. It was maybe $1,000 more than what it should have been before they corrected it. Not a big deal but I guarantee most people wouldn't have caught it. The second was also related to finance and that was being given an interest rate higher than the advertised incentive on BMW's own website despite being eligible. It was not egregious in terms of mark up but it was sneaky and they just weren't forward about it when asked. These two issues on their own probably wouldnt have dinged a full star off but both combined and both coming from the finance part of the experience put a slightly bad taste in my mouth. At the end of the day, I signed the deal so it's on me. I didnt get a good deal and I was not raked over the coals either. I WOULD shop here again. Let me be clear, the experience was very good. I felt taken care of in a non-sleazy way. I would shop here again. More
