Lori Hammond, Digital Sales Director, worked with me since early November to locate the 2022 Highlander that I was looking for, her dedication to locate the vehicle paid off, I worked with Gene Brignola since early November to locate the 2022 Highlander that I was looking for, her dedication to locate the vehicle paid off, I worked with Gene Brignola the Sales Consultant who kept me updated as to when the vehicle would be arriving at the dealership, he made the sales transaction very easy. This is my 5 Toyota at Conicelli since 2002 and I intend to keep going back. Outstanding professionalism and customer service! More

Great experience! Highly recommend I decided to give Conicelli a try after feeling like another dealership was trying to pull a fast one on me. Conicelli was a little further from my house, but I discovered well worth the extra journey. I'm on my second lease with them and have been really happy with both transactions. I feel I got an excellent deal on a vehicle that no other dealership could find in a short amount of time. Isaiah really went above and beyond and everyone there provides excellent customer service. I'd definitely recommend. More

The internet sales aspect makes everything easy dealing with Conicelli. Got everything set up ahead of time with Lori and Dave Kahn. Appreciate Lori keeping in touch with us over the last couple months, and then this month giving us the heads-up when a $2000 Loyalty program kicked in. Perhaps it was Just the Car All the people with whom we dealt were friendly, wonderful people. The reasons for my rating are: 1. When we test drove the car, there were no mile All the people with whom we dealt were friendly, wonderful people. The reasons for my rating are: 1. When we test drove the car, there were no miles left in the battery. Since it's a Chevy Volt, an all-electric car with a backup gas generator, those who test drive it would probably not want to hear a gas motor running. Charging the battery first would seem like an obvious thing to do. 2. When giving us reasons to purchase the extended warranty, it was suggested that, since it's a Volt, it REALLY needs the extra protection, since there's so much that can go wrong with it. From all the extensive research I've done on that car over the past year, the opposite seems to be true. They suggested we look at another car. 3. The paperwork wasn't ready when we went in to make the purchase, and our co-signer, who has experience purchasing other vehicles, was amazed at how long it took. 4. Near the end of the process, we were told that it doesn't have a charger, and one would be mailed to us (we live an hour away from the dealership). It's been almost a week and we're still waiting for it to arrive. When I called to verify it had been mailed, I was told, "Yep, you should get it soon." A tracking number would have been nice, and since it's an electric car, actually having the charger already with the car when we purchased it would have been nicer. Points go to the gentleman who completed all the paperwork. Very quick, professional, and efficient. If there were any other places that had the car we wanted (and year, due to price), we wouldn't have purchased it here. If they read this, I hope it can serve as some useful feedback. More

Great people toy purchase car from I went to purchase truck from them simply cause they had first 2015 Tacoma I went in knowing what I wanted and for what. I was pleasantly surprise wi I went to purchase truck from them simply cause they had first 2015 Tacoma I went in knowing what I wanted and for what. I was pleasantly surprise with sales man Jacob Dank. He was extremly nice not pushy Didn't come out with huge sale pitch trying to sell acessories or try to sell me more exspensive truck Just talked about what I was there for with no pressure. Treated me like he was selling a car to a friend not just another customer, and he didnt know me at all Made me feel comfortable right off the bat. I sat down and purchased truck at reasonable price and Apr I wanted.. Did purchase warranty and usually dont since it was good coverage. Finance manager Mike was also easy to work with friendly and worked to get me good rate and additional discount with payments. Sat down and had good conversation while dealing with paper work. So really made it actually enjoyable to do all paper work I really can't complain about one thing at all. Treated me great all around. And will return in future to do business with them and recommend all freind to there dealership expexally Jacob my sales man. More

Recent purchase of new car. Jonathon Campo was the salesman. He was most patient, considerate, knowledgeable, and not reluctant to ask for back-up when necessary. The dealership had a full inventory, but was willing to shop for a model I might want and which wasn't on the lot. Fortunately, Jonathon had exactly what I wanted. This was the third new car I have purchased from Conicelli in the last ten years. Their service department is a primary reason for this. Also, I compliment the women at the front desk for their friendliness and helpfulness.The sales manger, Casey Cooney, was also very interested in my progress with Jonathon, and he checked with us regularly to see if he could be of service. I would recommend this dealership to anyone. More

Mike Shulski was professional and friendly from our first point of contact. He provided all the information we asked for expediently with no pressure whatsoever. Every one was very courteous and professional. Lori gave me two names by e-mail so I could be helped if she was not there. Manny Mustafa was the person who welcomed us to the facility (we parcked near the me two names by e-mail so I could be helped if she was not there. He introduced me to Glen Beck and continued to work with us, when I did not like the RAV4 for lease but prefered to buy a used one, Manny took us through a wide variety of RAV4s, explaining the differences between them. It was indeed and very nice experience, despite the fact that there were very many customers. Winnie More
