Lorena made buying from Lexus of Pembroke Pines a pleasant/great experience! I have previous not so great experience from this dealership with a different sales associate that I purchased from anothe pleasant/great experience! I have previous not so great experience from this dealership with a different sales associate that I purchased from another location. However, this time Lorena took care of me and was very honest and direct, but still kind and gracious. I walked in not expecting to purchase a vehicle that day and drove away with a new car! She addressed all my concerns and was very patient. I would come back and purchase from this dealership if Lorena can be my sales associate every time! More
