He assured me which one would be the better deal (as they were both at separate auctions), and got to work getting it to Long McArthur. Avoid this dealership if you are trading in a vehicle - they are happy to exploit customers. I wasted an entire day and several thousand dollars enriching this dealership when I could have had my Maverick they are happy to exploit customers. I wasted an entire day and several thousand dollars enriching this dealership when I could have had my Maverick order shipped to my door. I was driving in (to utilize A/Z plan & trade-in for KS tax offset) from 2.5 hours away with a 2023 Hyundai Elantra Hybrid Blue. Ahead of coming in I sent photos and asked them to appraise my vehicle for trade-in, they refused saying they need to see it in person. I ignored that red flag, but at the time thought no big deal they would provide reasonable value for my trade-in. I was getting local quotes for $19,700-21,000 (dealerships & online). After their onsite “appraisal” they came back to me with $17,000 quoting the lowest value on KBB under the ‘Fair’ category, while the vehicle is Very Good or Excellent. They refused to improve on their number and played the ‘finance manager’ game three times over the course of 2 hours eventually adding…$250. Normally I would have walked but didn’t have the means to store/transport two vehicles that far away from home. A few days later they listed my trade-in for $27,250. More

I entrusted Long McArthur with my first new car purchase. I ordered a Ford Maverick in September 2022 and 405 days later, my Maverick was delivered to my front door. Lonnie Smith was the salesman I worked with and during those 405 days, Lonnie would periodically check in and would help me if I needed to make changes in my order 100 days into the process. I was a YouTube channel member, which I highly recommend because there's a weekly member Livestream during which the go through each member order and let you know where you vehicle is in the build process. I found myself looking forward to each week, seeing where my truck was. I live in Nashville Tennessee and all the paperwork was done online. I didn't even have to leave my house. The truck just showed up at my doorstep like an Amazon Prime Next Day Delivery. I will definitely go to Long McArthur again and I will recommend it to friends and family who want a Ford. More
