Dealership was clean and they seemed to have a lot of inventory available. Very easy to work with trading in a vehicle. Made an appointment and was taken care of. The two downsides were: 1. I was told my interest rate was going to be 4.99% by the sales associate which was incorrect. The finance department explained it to me what my interest rate was going to be (higher than what I was told). The 2nd downside was that I was told I would have 4 years of complimentary Hondalink remote but I actually only get 3 months. 4 years vs 3 months is a huge difference considering it’s $110 a year. Overall, it was a much more pleasant experience in a dealership than what I’ve experienced in the past. More
