I first came by for a test drive and Lollie took me around to I had the pleasure of dealing with Lollie Reiss on the purchase of my 2019 Honda CR V. I first came by for a test drive and Lollie took me around to view several of the vehicles that were available. I was simply shopping different brands of vehicles at that time. Lollie followed up with me later to gauge my continued interest, but not in a hard sell or pushy way. She is extremely knowledgeable regarding the various models. She made my purchase a pleasant experience. I would highly recommend her to anyone looking to purchase a new or used vehicle. When I went to pick up my vehicle, Solomon Sandalo was the gentleman that was assigned to show me the various features of the CR V. He was able to help me understand the many bells and whistles that came with the vehicle, which was a relief, because I was afraid I was going to have to figure it all out by myself. He assured me that if I had any further questions, he would be happy to assist me and to feel free to stop by any time. He was extremely polite and very helpful. More
