Personally I've never loved car shopping but was ready to explore the options to buy a new car. My husband and I visited two weekends in a row before making the purchase. We got to the right number and I purchased my 5th Honda from Honda World. Lollie assisted us with the purchase of my 2021 Honda HRV. Lollie was a pleasure to work with. She was very honest and personable during our interactions. Dorottya the Delivery Specialist did an amazing job walking through the features of my car with me and making sure all the customizable settings were to my liking. I’d never worked with a dealership where they have a person dedicated to setting up all the technology to my desired settings. Kirk started in the office and reviewed all the features and asked my preferences. When I took possession of the vehicle, Kirk had everything set up and ready to go. He then took the time to have me operate every feature so that I was very comfortable with everything when I left the dealership. Kirk has a way of explaining the all the advanced features so that a “boomer” like me could easily understand! It was refreshing to interact with folks who really understand outstanding customer service! More
