I was fortunate to meet Lollie Reiss on my first visit, and she worked with me to obtain the truck I wanted. She is very professional and courteous to work with and kept in touch during the long process of getting a build date and delivery. I am very pleased. During my visit to pick up the Ridgeline, I met Marcos Rodriguez, my delivery specialist, who was very personable and professional also, with maturity and people skills beyond his years.
