It took over 2 months to get my tag. I have called the dealership probably 30 times and left over 10 messages and have only received a callback once and it was days later. The service de I have called the dealership probably 30 times and left over 10 messages and have only received a callback once and it was days later. The service department put the wrong oil in my car the first time that I got an oil change in my brand new car. They left my hood open during my 5,000 service on 7/26/24. It was only my 2nd time there. I drove down the highway and had to pull over and shut it. These are basic things that should never happen. It is just basic customer service. They did correct the oil change but only after I made them. They tried to tell me that it was the right oil. That’s why I will give them a 3 star. If it doesn’t get better, I will do a one star review on google. More
