Like others, the car shopping is not my favorite thing to do- but O’Daniel Mazda and Logan made it the most low-pressure, enjoyable experience. I took a day off of work to test drive vehicles and didn’t stop at O’Daniel first, and I was at the other dealership for a long time and felt pressured. I went to O’Daniel next, walked in and met Logan. I told him I wanted to test drive two or three specific vehicles (I had already done research) and within 10 minutes, Logan had me in the first car and I was able to drive by myself. I swapped out two others and he was attentive and respectful of my time. Over the next few weeks, I was still evaluating my options and Logan was responsive to any questions I had and updated me on vehicles I asked about. He also respected that email/text is more convenient for me and only called when necessary. When we went in to look at the final contenders and purchase, we also met Sam, the Sales Manager. He was a very nice man who got to know us and you could tell he was supportive of his salesmen as they juggled a busy day of appointments. Fantastic experience! In the first two weeks of driving my car, I’ve come across others who said they worked with O’Daniel and had a good experience themselves both in sales and in the service department. Would highly recommend both for the quality of their vehicles AND their sales/service. More

I am a Michigan resident, and had been shopping for vehicles for 3-4 months. I settled on Mazda in part as I've had several Mazda vehicles in the past. As a discriminating buyer, I wanted the Polymetal vehicles for 3-4 months. I settled on Mazda in part as I've had several Mazda vehicles in the past. As a discriminating buyer, I wanted the Polymetal gray in a CX-5 or CX-30. I also targeted the turbo as a preferred model, and discovered there were not many late model used in either model. I visited a local dealer and test drove the CX-5 and CX-30, but neither were in the Polymetal gray, and the prices were not negotiable. I noted my vehicle in a Cars.com add, and contacted O’Daniel. My salesperson (Logan) was prompt in his reply, and even used his own phone to send me a video of the vehicle, which helped me decide to make the 2 hour trip from Kalamazoo. I was able to test drive the CX-30 (6500 miles) , and made an offer on the car which was accepted. The price was super reasonable, and the car was also Mazda Certified Used. I was able to get window tint on the driver and front seat passenger while I waited for Logan to arrange drivers. They drove the car right to my door, for next to nothing! Given different state guidelines, I had to wait for the Indiana title prior to registering the car in Michigan, but the time was well within the guidelines given to me. I spoke with others at O’Daniel as well, regarding extended warranties and vehicle protection, and everyone was friendly and willing to help. I highly recommend O’Daniel as a Mazda Dealership whether you live in Indiana or elsewhere. Given the prices of automobiles, one wants to trust and be comfortable with the people involved, and end up with the perfect car. O’Daniel Mazda of Fort Wayne, IN is that dealership. More
