I've been taking our vehicles to MBOW for the past 3 years or so and I have always been happy with the service. I have worked with about 5 different Service Advisors, and all have seemed to be honest an years or so and I have always been happy with the service. It has been nice to have the peace of mind that everything is done correctly. The wait time has not been bad, pricing has not been unreasonable, and the waiting area is nice and comfortable. More

Easy to complete on-line service appointment for my 8 yr old MB. Arrived at 7am and my complimentary, almost new, Loaner was immediately available. Scheduled service was performed the same day.
