My vehicle was serviced for an electrical problem along with a recall. David provided me with a courtesy vehicle for the time I was without my personal vehicle. Your policy of charging patrons who use credit cards is unfair. My bill was much higher than expected...I do not carry hundreds of dollars with me, so I was compelled to pay a surcharge.
