I purchased my Certified BMW 430I on January 26, 2020 and two weeks later I received an email from Kenisha Chastine stating a signal was received from my car indicating it is due for service. I contacted h two weeks later I received an email from Kenisha Chastine stating a signal was received from my car indicating it is due for service. I contacted her and set up an appointment for February the 14, 2020 at 9:30am. I arrived at 9:01am prior to my appointment and instead of being scheduled with my original servicing agent, I was instead scheduled with Sebastian. I waited until the person at the front desk came to get me at 9:21am and she escorted me to Sebastian’s desk. He said good morning however prior to this I noticed he was walking around and talking to his co-workers the full time I was waiting. After reviewing the information from my car, he stated my car wasn’t under the care warranty anymore and I was in shock as I just purchased the car approximately two weeks ago and I had only driven the car less than 80 miles. I would expect this should have been completed prior to the sale as it was purchased as a Certified vehicle. He told me to talk to the salesman and a friend who came with me went to the sales side to speak with the salesman. In the meantime, Sebastian called the salesman and I told him he had already requested I go speak with the salesman and my friend was already talking with him and on his way to the service center. After the salesman had a discussion with the sales manager they agreed to complete the oil change and replace the windshield wiper blades free of charge. This was deeply appreciated however I believe it was very disrespectful Sebastian asked for me to go see the salesman and when my friend left to go find the salesman, Sebastian made customer calls and ignored me the whole time it took for the sales manager to make a decision which was about 35 minutes. After the decision was made for the sales department to take care of what should have been done before, Sebastian stated ok and wanted to know if I was leaving the car or waiting. I stated I would leave the car and he kept the key and stated he would call once it was ready. Around 2pm I never heard from him and thought it was strange as normally I received a call from a servicing agent within just a few hours for an oil change. I went to the dealer and ask the front desk about the status of my vehicle and found out my car had been ready for a while. Sebastian never called me to let me know my vehicle was ready and even when I went to pick-up my car he didn’t even get up from his desk to say anything to me. I have never been treated as bad as I had been treated by this servicing agent. I am also really concerned as I am unsure if my car was really Certified when purchased since the oil change should have been completed before the car was sold and the windshield wipers replaced since they were so bad. I am terribly disappointed in the service I received and will not be able to recommend Braman BMW service department to anyone. More
