Called and had a rather urgent repair needed on a Saturday and rep said she would alert the shop to expect me. Not a guarantee of service but at least make it more possible to do as I was in the mid Saturday and rep said she would alert the shop to expect me. Not a guarantee of service but at least make it more possible to do as I was in the middle of a 6 hour drive at 8am and miles out yet to the shop. Arrived and no such alert was given to them. The shop techs were awesome in finding a way to get a part locally and install in good time. Superb! Checked out a few trucks and got a quote which for a sale day was really not a deal at all. Coulda made a sale but lowballed me a ton on trade. I will get a new truck…but closer to me and sell the current outright. Thanks and will recommend the shop 100%! More
