Roadside assistance was three hours sending at tow truck and I use a cane with my arm in a sling in hot weather. The tow truck driver jumpstarted the car and the Lexus dealership said they replaced the battery. It did not have s loaner car for me, requiring me to rent a car at my own expense. They kept the cast for three days to replace the battery on a two-year-old car. None of this adds up. More
