I took my Jeep because the 4WD drive light turned on, and I stayed there from 8 am to 3:30 pm. They told me my car needed an update, and they did the update. I took my car home, and the light turned on again I stayed there from 8 am to 3:30 pm. They told me my car needed an update, and they did the update. I took my car home, and the light turned on again, but my back camera stopped working. I retook the car for the next couple of days and left the car there for the whole day. Lisa told me another code appeared, and they did the update again. My back Camara doesn’t work, the light is still on, and my radio doesn’t turn off. Very disappointing! I called again, and Lisa told me the last time I took the car, they didn’t do anything, so I guess she lied to me. She is very nice but couldn’t help with the issues. She told me I needed to pay over 2000 to fix my camera and the light. I asked another mechanic to check the car before spending the money because I didn’t feel right after all that happened, and they told me it was impossible and to go somewhere else. So basically, I spent $250, and now my car is worse! More

Sales person was pushing for a down-payment with a credit score of 800+and refused to have the car tinted. This was enough for me to find another dealership. I ended up getting the same car from carfax w score of 800+and refused to have the car tinted. This was enough for me to find another dealership. I ended up getting the same car from carfax with no down-payment and tinted. I would not recommend this dealership. More

This was the first time since we have had the car that the service was above and beyond. It was nice to have such a bubbly agent who waited on us! When I picked up car it was ready to go with no waiting!! the service was above and beyond. It was nice to have such a bubbly agent who waited on us! Only came here for the recall. 2 years shoe I had you look at my 2004 wrangler for a transmission issue. Your service dept. said I needed a complete replacement for $5600. I went t 2 years shoe I had you look at my 2004 wrangler for a transmission issue. Your service dept. said I needed a complete replacement for $5600. I went to a local guy and he fixed the issue for $470. It’s quite obvious your owner has put forth a “whatever its takes to create revenue” mentality. The only reason I didn’t take it to Galeano is because I live in the cape. Unless there is another recall you will never get a dime out of my wallet! More
