Service center is great. Can’t say the same thing about the sales and titling departments though. Bought my car in April and the title was never obtained or transferred until Can’t say the same thing about the sales and titling departments though. Bought my car in April and the title was never obtained or transferred until I brought it to the attention of Mike 7 months later. Was told it was a “hold up with the DMV.” It’s almost January and I still haven’t received a registration. Spoke to Lisa and filed a complaint with my bank. Was never offered any form of compensation or admittance of shortcoming. When I spoke to Melanie Skaggs to try and get an understanding of what exactly happened she told me the previous bank never sent the title and that she’s been busy. I bought my car over 200 days ago and still have no proof of ownership other than the finance papers I obtained in April. I don’t think I would purchase another vehicle through this dealership or consciously recommend someone to do the same after this experience. Very stressful and irritating More
