I was attempting an online purchase for a van for my wife. We are over 3 hours away. I called and spoke with a salesperson, who did a great job, and asked some questions as we were not there. I specific wife. We are over 3 hours away. I called and spoke with a salesperson, who did a great job, and asked some questions as we were not there. I specifically was worried about tires, as they were shown by Carfax to be original. I asked if they were replaced, as I didn't want to pay their asking price if it had low tires. They specifically told me they were replaced and new... I purchased the van, went thru all the paper work, and something in my gut told me to doublecheck the tires.. Sure enough... they were just rotated and balanced and 50% life left. I asked for them to replace tires as they said, but they refused. I had to cancel the deal, more about they're mis-representation than any thing else. Then to top it off, I used my Chrysler reward points. They cancelled those after the fact, but now I have to wait over 30 days for them to be credited back to me... I now know why car dealerships have such bad reps... What a waste over a set of tires... It may seem trivial, but it was my hot button... This could have easily been a 5 star review, but when you mis-represent something, face up to it, make it right, and move on... My salesperson Lisa, did her best, but it was above her paygrade unfortunately... More
