Extremely honest & easygoing! This was my first time dealing with a dealership to purchase a car and I was extremely nervous because based on other people’s stories. But I purchas This was my first time dealing with a dealership to purchase a car and I was extremely nervous because based on other people’s stories. But I purchased a 2020 Model 3 from Brandon & BMW about 2 weeks ago now and I have nothing positive feedback. Brandon was extremely informative and upfront about what he knew about Teslas and what he wasn’t completely sure of. Anything he wasn’t sure of he looked into himself or we found an answer together. Never felt pressured because he was very patient the entire process. Very thankful! Now I have my dream car! I highly recommend this BMW dealer and if you go make sure you talk to Brandon! More

The dealership general manager was friendly and very courteous,he went out of his way to make sure we were happy with our experience and our purchase. Our visit was pleasant.compared to other dealership courteous,he went out of his way to make sure we were happy with our experience and our purchase. I can't say enough about how enjoyable it was working with Dawn over the past few days. I know that I am not an easy client to work with as my ego generally gets in the way of progress, especially when w with Dawn over the past few days. I know that I am not an easy client to work with as my ego generally gets in the way of progress, especially when we were struck with a few setbacks on the deal. But Dawn stuck with me, was extraordinarily courteous and personable, and worked as hard as she could to get the deal to a point that we all felt comfortable. I will definitely be switching my loyalty back to BWM of West St. Louis, and Dawn and David are major reasons why. More
