First Chrysler. STAY AWAY FROM THIS DEALERSHIP !! I bought a jeep wrangler and when I test drove this and looked it over it had an engine cover. I took delivery STAY AWAY FROM THIS DEALERSHIP !! I bought a jeep wrangler and when I test drove this and looked it over it had an engine cover. I took delivery and a few days later I looked and the engine cover was missing. I checked with Chrysler Corp. and they confirmed the Jeep was built with an engine cover. I was told from the general manager (Dennis Freeman) that he would order me one but it would take 3 months, it was on back order. Then he informed me that the part was discontinued. He told me if I bought and after market one that he would reimburse me. Now he refused to reimburse me and didn’t have the decency to return any of my calls. More

I picked the dealership because of their ratings. I handed them the sale without any effort. After I signed everything for the purchase, they didn’t take care of the basic accessories (all weather ma I handed them the sale without any effort. After I signed everything for the purchase, they didn’t take care of the basic accessories (all weather mats, crossbars, wheel locks) I wanted on the new vehicle and they didn’t do an inspection. They also didn’t get back to me when I was asking them about the accessories and I eventually had to go back a week later to get most of them and have the car inspected. Unfortunately the dealer was an hour away. I definitely thought they should have done a better job on a sale they didn’t even have to work for. More
