Thank you for repairing my 2024 MDX that Mike Hale/Riverton messed up terribly!!! Red carpet treatment from beginning to end fixing a warranty issue that Mike Hale couldn’t handle. They had my car for 6 weeks and Murdock fixed it in 4 hours! 3 texts with videos keeping me informed on the repair along with 2 phone calls from Elijah from Murdock and only 2 calls that I made from Mike Hale actually answered in 6 weeks. Murdock is the ONLY dealer to buy and service your Acura from in Utah. THANK YOU MURDOCK!!! More

First off I bought with them years ago and because it changed owners I now lost my free oil changes when k bought my lease out. On top of that I have an 839 credit score and was told I could go through changed owners I now lost my free oil changes when k bought my lease out. On top of that I have an 839 credit score and was told I could go through a certain credit Union but ended up paying a higher interest rate. I wasn’t told until the papers were right on from on me. I could have gotten a better rate at my credit union, especially with an 839 credit score! I know a thing about dealer reserve and this was shady. We are selling our home and planning to pay off the car for our new home and we were told we get penalized to pay it off early, which now puts our home purchase in jeopardy. We used to be kayak customers here but now we will take our business elsewhere. More
