The customer service given to me when I first walked in was very good. I initially went to bring my daughter who was a customer of Mr. Pettway to complete the transaction of her getting a new car. 2 weeks was very good. I initially went to bring my daughter who was a customer of Mr. Pettway to complete the transaction of her getting a new car. 2 weeks later, I was in the market for a car and didn’t need to look/go anywhere else. I returned to Feldman/Mr. Pettway and he took care of my desire in one visit. The Finance team made it very easy to be in my new Trax within 3 business days…it took 3 days only because it was Memorial Day weekend. At one time new car shopping was a headache, but it wasn’t at Feldman. More
