It was really great. They gave me the service even after getting 1 hr late. They explained any and all condition of the car and what needs to be fixed. One of the parts needed a replacement but was not in the store. They said they will call me back once the parts are in the store and they did that. The overall experience was great. More

Bad at communication horrible set of people wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone had my car with them for almost 6 months only to break it down again. Was rude to me over the phone and even hanged up recommend this place to anyone had my car with them for almost 6 months only to break it down again. You won't want to post this but here goes. I also have an Antwerpen Chevy and my maintenance appointments with them have been disastrous. Back to this one. Well run, efficient and on time. I was pleasantly surprised that things went as scheduled given the issues I had at the Chevy dealership. 5 star service for you guys! More

I put on my appointment to have someone call me to go over pricing before my appointment. No one ever did. It didn’t give me the option to say my husband was going to wait. Not drop off. My husband was there for almost 5 hours waiting on service in which they tried to make us pay almost $1,000 worth of service. I’m highly disappointed in the service given. More
