Responsiveness of this service department is unacceptable. Only way I was really able to speak to anyone to get updates was by driving back to the dealership and finding someone. Third time in for same problem had an appointment on Saturday and the car was never even looked at until Tuesday. Why is it okay to waste people's time. It's funny because at the same time I receive an email offering to trade in my Jeep for a new one with Hollywood Jeep.... I would never buy a car from this group because they are so poor at servicing the product. More

Everyone I encountered there was helpful and there seemed to be a happy atmosphere amongst all the employees. My only complaint is that the repair took over 2 weeks to do when I was expecting it to be done to be a happy atmosphere amongst all the employees. My only complaint is that the repair took over 2 weeks to do when I was expecting it to be done in one week. I had to rent a car for a week and get rides from friends. Dreama did arrange for me to have a loaner car for a day and a half after I went to pick it up and was told it still wasn’t ready. I will say that Dreama gave me what discounts she could which helped make up for sone of my car rental expenses and I appreciated that. I would do business with this dealer ship again. The repair seems to have been done well so far. However, when I got home I noticed that my radio antenna was now broken and sunk down into the body of the truck. It was not like that when I put the truck in for service. Not a huge deal but I wish they had fixed that. Perhaps they did not notice it either at the time. All in all I am happy with my experience there and would recommend this service department to others. Thank you. More
