They have always taken care of me. They helped me get into the car I wanted. And after totalling they worked hard to get me into my new CH-R they made it smooth and easy. This was a very nice experience. I would have happily given them 5 stars but they just couldn't give me three days to take the car home and get it checked by my own mechanic. Kelly said the company could given them 5 stars but they just couldn't give me three days to take the car home and get it checked by my own mechanic. Kelly said the company couldn't because they don't know the mechanic and that he could say anything. That seems like a flimsy excuse as I don't know their mechanic but was ready to step out in faith and buy the car. Anyway, I liked the car and I bought it and a week later I'm still happy. Through it all Lincoln Newton, the salesman I worked with, and Kelly were respectful and very helpful (except in the above situation...LOL). I bought a Prius 4 with 34K miles. Drives like a dream!
