I have always been a fan until my last visit to the service department. I spent an hour setting up appointments to find out that I was no dealing with the dealership directly. They use a call center. service department. I spent an hour setting up appointments to find out that I was no dealing with the dealership directly. They use a call center. When we arrived for our appointment, the service writer knew nothing about us coming, was very rude, and made my wife feel stupid. I called the "call center" again, and they were rude also. What happened to quality customer service. This was terrible. More
