Originally had an issue with information on the extended warranty that we purchased with the vehicle. Information, for some reason was not on our thumb drive. While my phone calls were not returned rega warranty that we purchased with the vehicle. Information, for some reason was not on our thumb drive. While my phone calls were not returned regarding the warranty information, we have since resolved our issue. We visited the dealership. The receptionist, July, was most helpful. She was able to print information for us indicating the warranty company. She was very helpful. Later in the evening, we received a phone call from Lilly at the dealership. She wanted to ascertain that we have the information that we needed and she gave us her personal cell phone number for any follow up questions we may have. While this involved more than it should have on our part, Napleton did make the effort to provide us with the needed warranty information. We appreciated their trying to change our impression of the dealership. This is good customer service. More

Good Evening Nick,I am writing in regards to an Good Evening Nick, I am writing in regards to an unfortunate event that transpired with Acura Napelton located at 6870 Okeechobee Blvd. We had purc Good Evening Nick, I am writing in regards to an unfortunate event that transpired with Acura Napelton located at 6870 Okeechobee Blvd. We had purchased a 2016 Mercedes C300 on 11/6/2021 of which within a day of leaving your dealership the check engine light had come on. Chris Lynch advised us to bring the vehicle back of which we did. You all have been in possession of the vehicle since after several time we had been informed that the part was on back order that was ordered on Nov. 16, 2021 only to be told that the part would not be in until 1/23/2022 so we where patient. I have text messages and correspondence with the dealership regarding this issue. I have been to the dealership several time since to check due to misinformation provided by your front desk. I also came in because the loaner we received 3 week after being without the vehicle back tires keeps going flat and the engine light is on. On today 1/19/2022 I came in check because the lady at the front desk stated that service was denied by sales. They informed me that they closed the service on 12/22/2021 after I had been there since then and Vinnie told me that the part was still to arrive on 1/23/2021 when I came in today, I was told sales denied the work and then denied to approve it after they had sent back the part that was in Miami.... wasn't in fact on back order. They even took the vehicle to Mercedes according to our tracker due to see if they had the part. Between the miscommunication and the lack of service with your establishment we are very much disappointed and are considering seeking legal advice however we would like to attempt to have this issue resolved in house as we had traded in another vehicle at the time of sale. Please understand that we have exhausted every effort to have this issue resolved with your dealership I have text messages, call longs and invoice orders of the issues that have transpired with this vehicle. There appears to be an issue between Sale and Service where there is a lack of communication. When I came in today they where unable to provide me with a newly opened invoiced work order. We need you attention to this issues as soon as possible. More

I give Napleton Palm Beach Acura 0 Stars! I called them ad emailed them about an Acura RDX that is still showing up on every car website that is non-existent. I scheduled an appointment. I drove an hour to get there for my scheduled appointment and the car didn't exist. First it was already sold and then I was told it was sold a few weeks ago. So why wasn't I told that on the phone when I scheduled the appointment or when they text me 3 times to make sure I was still coming. They even sent me a video of the exact car I was supposed to see. The car is still being advertised as for sale! False Advertising at it's Best!!! More

I called to buy a 2017 Porsche 911 for $75k. After running my credit and then multiple days of them promising they will call me back with the deal, usually promising to call back within an hour, I sti running my credit and then multiple days of them promising they will call me back with the deal, usually promising to call back within an hour, I still haven't gotten one call from them. Not even a call to say if the deal work. I have called and called, and been promised a call back over and over. I even got put on hold when I called at 7:55pm, for 5 minutes then I was hung up on and could not call back because they knew their phones shut off at 8pm. They also continuously would tell me that it's too busy in the store to talk with me. I tried again this morning and TWICE Inwas told ainwas being sent over to a manager waiting to talk. Both times i was hung up on or got a voice-mail. Too busy to talk with someone trying to spend 75k? Unbelievable that ANY business would treat a customer this way. If I could leave zero stars I would. Stay away. More
