Unethical practices within the service department. They steal your personal items while you are in the reps office. No investigation, no accountability, no process, unprofessional so called managers. Lidorys Boan should not be in a management position. Where is the HR director bc the way this place is ran is a joke! There was atleast two people in my car while I waited feet away and I hope they enjoy the cash that was stolen! More

I reached out to the service manager about an issue I am having on a recalled part which has had to be replaced by Braman three times. The service manager’s name is Lidorys Boan. He was unsympathetic, unhelpful, and unprofessional. I am terribly disappointed in this dealership's service department. In the past under other service managers, it was a good experience but not with the present service manager, Lidorys Boan. More
