I went to do a trade-in with my car for a newer car and the manager reviewing my car started calling my car junk as he was talking to the other manager. (very unprofessional) Then shortly after they for so the manager reviewing my car started calling my car junk as he was talking to the other manager. (very unprofessional) Then shortly after they for some reason felt the need to send a Hispanic manager to make me an offer like if race matter (because I am Hispanic myself) when making a deal. Liam is awesome and he was very helpful throughout the process and the follow-up but the management not so good. More
