Your dealership had two opportunities to resolve this issue. As part of deal, I was owed a wash and wax. It was delivered with a less than satisfactory wash only no wax. Thats when the blemishes were visually noticable to me and show to salesman. There was no effort to correct the issues with cleanliness or blemishes. The wash and wax was scheduled a second time for next day. Then spent a hour at dealership with salesman attempting to remove blemishes. Once home, I spent another 5 hours washing, buffing, waxing, and rewashing a brand new from a dealership. Returned to dealership next day for the promised wash and wax. Again, showed the salesman all the spots I still had issues with and circled them with yellow caryon which would have been removed if they wax the car. Again, no effort by salesman to correct the issue or get someone else involved. Or, he did and those people didn't take action. Either way no one took action twice to satisfy what was promised. Offer a car sale online for 800.00 less online than dealership price, which I would consider false advertisement. But again received another less than satisfactory wash only no wax. Only to have to go home and removed all marks I made around blemishes and wash again properly. There's two occasions to correct this issue and don't trust. Not do I want this dealership to touch my vehicle again, and only a monetary offer could resolve this issue.

Update. Management knew about issues based on phone call with sales manager, but failed to take action prior to deliveey. Still owed a wash and wax as part of purchase agreement. Spent 4 hours and $100.00 detailing car the day of delivery. Another 8 hours and $300.00 buffing and repairing chip and and lost $180.00-$360.00 for my time. Only to have low tire pressure light to come on within 5 days. Once I changed gauge from kPa to PSI tire gauge for all tires read 8-12 PSI below recommend pressure in manual. So had to stop at gas station and add air. So why did I pay extra for nitrogen filled tires. I don't know. Then next day, after using wipers twice the washer fluid light came on. Obviously, dealer doesn't have a pre delivery checklist and make sure everything is top off. Luckily, rest of fluid are full. Service tech probably just changes valve caps on stem and never fill with nitrogen. Most likely salesman hit car with fuel nozzle cussing a chip and cap causing another chip. Because neither were there after intial walk around and bother are obvious.
