I usually deal with Nick, but he was out for a bit, so Luke took care of me. I came in for an oil change but also mentioned my breaks sounded odd. Luke said they will look at them. Everything was done in a timely manner and when Nick came in, he met me in the lounge to check in to make sure all was great, and it was. Nice team to work with. Very happy with my experience. More

Went in to have my computer checked as my battery died and I couldn't connect my phone or voice recognition. I was told to bring it in today, which I did. But the portion of my warranty that covers that and I couldn't connect my phone or voice recognition. I was told to bring it in today, which I did. But the portion of my warranty that covers that has expired, so the young lady told me it would be $235.00 and some change to DIAGNOSE WHAT WAS WRONG. I questioned "it is 235.00 to tell me what is wrong?" She said yes. I have never heard of this in my life. Charging just to tell you what is wrong, and then who knows what the service fee would be to fix whatever the problem was. Of course I said no. Seems like a bit of a scam. Usually, you send something to get fixed, they tell you THEN what the problem is and how much to fix it. This is double dipping on their part. Very nice people there and helpful but really? More
