I would recommend this dealership to anyone. They do not try to sell you things you do not need, are honest with pricing upfront before doing any work and give you options. Wait time was even better - I was in and out for my yearly inspection, oil change and some other work in under 90 min. Lexi kept me updated on what was going on and what I did need or could wait and was so friendly. Will go back all the time. More

When it comes to the service advisors there is poor communication really poor and lack of ownership in regards to getting back to the customer in a timely manner. I've been asking for a few months now what type of tires I can put on my Jeep and I have yet to this date got an response so I guess I'm just going to have to go to a tire shop and buy tires from them it's kind of sad that a Jeep dealer cannot give you accurate information on a Jeep. More

Charged for diag time without pre authorization, power steering concern left with no comment or concern. Vehicle was left for pick up with a large puddle of power steering fluid (ATF) beneath it. Service steering concern left with no comment or concern. Vehicle was left for pick up with a large puddle of power steering fluid (ATF) beneath it. Service advisor had no additional comment, concern, was left to drive vehicle home with no power steering fluid. Took vehicle elsewhere, power steering line was diagnosed in minutes, parts ordered and repaired elsewhere. Had noted for service manager to contact me - still no contact. Very dissatisfied with a truck that is under warranty... (RAM 5500 6.7L) More

Very helpful in resolving a major mechanical failure of the transmission and transfer case. Subsequent issue with cylinder #2 required a sparkplug replacement. Sands used to be a wonderful dealership and service center - about 20 years ago. Since then customer service has become horrible. They never seam to be able to complete anything in one day and do not center - about 20 years ago. Since then customer service has become horrible. They never seam to be able to complete anything in one day and do not keep you updated on status of repairs. My most recent experience sealed the deal that I would never use them again. Called and requested updates- told I’d get a call back. Waited 3 days, with no return call, and called again. Finally told them I wasn’t going to put any further money in the truck and would be looking for another vehicle. Not once did they ever even ask to have someone from sales contacts. Very disappointed in how they have turned out. Will never go there or recommend them again. More
